The Family Service Association Adult Day Health Programs are structured, medically-based daytime programs that provide a variety of beneficial activities and on-site nursing. There are four program sites -- Cornerstone ADH on Bank Street in Fall River, Pine Haven ADH at First Baptist Church, Fall River, The GenCenter on Bay Street in Fall River, and a fourth program, Countryside ADH at Church of Our Savior in Somerset.
Program features include recreational and social activities, social work services, physical therapy and meals.
