All applicants are assessed using the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) eligibility criteria. Fees are determined based on the EEC fee scale. Applicants that do not meet EEC eligibility are offered care on a private basis. Fees are determined based on income and family size, utilizing the EEC fee scale. The lowest possible rate for private families is $0 and the maximum is equal to the EEC maximum daily rate. Family Service Association offers a scholarship to off set the difference between the private rate and the EEC maximum daily rate. Scholarships are funded by an In-Kind contribution by the city of Fall River and the Fall River School Department.
