Family Service Association
The LIFT Program:
Family Service Association's Lives in Forward Transition Program, also known as LIFT, helps young men and women make the transition   from residential treatment programs or specialized foster care, to a more independent living arrangement in a supportive environment that is suitable to their changing needs.

Young adults, 18-22 years of age, who have recognized a need for continued support and guidance in their lives, and a safe environment in which to live.  These young adults make a voluntary decision to work with Family Service Association as they transition from adolescent services to adulthood.

The LIFT Program attempts to foster independence, with the hope that these young adults can one day
lead satisfying, self-
sufficient lives.
