Milking it for all it's worth
Children and elders enjoy a healthy taste test
The moustache may seem a bit out of place on a fellow so young, but since it's made out of milk, it's a rather healthy "growth."

Proudly worn by our young friend George, the while upper lip was a common sight at the Family Service Association Pine Haven Adult Day Health program recently as children and adults joined together for a special inter-generational Milk Taste Test.

Contestants sampled skim, 1%, 2% whole milk, soy and Lactaid, offering their assessment of the best-tasting.  The event afforded the opportunity for both fun and a lesson in good nutrition.

According to Barbara Oliveira, manager of Pine Haven ADH, the surprising but overwhelming winner in the opinion of those participating in the contest was soy milk.
